Service Level Agreement

1. Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) defines the service commitments of Ayzen Private Limited, operating as Ayzen Creatives, to its clients. This SLA forms part of the overall service agreement and is read alongside the Terms and Conditions. 

2. Scope of Services

  • Embroidery digitizing (flat, 3D puff, appliqué, cap, and specialty formats). 
  • Vector artwork conversion (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, CDR). 
  • Graphic design and illustration. 
  • Screen-print and print-ready artwork. 
  • Logo redrawing and brand asset vectorization. 

3. Turnaround Time Commitments

3.1 Standard Orders 

  • Simple digitizing or vector orders: Delivered within 12–24 hours of confirmed order. 
  • Moderate complexity orders: Delivered within 24–48 hours. 
  • Complex or large-scale projects: Timeline agreed upon order confirmation. 

3.2 Rush Orders 

  • 4–6 hour rush delivery may be available at an additional fee, subject to workload. 
  • Rush availability is confirmed at time of order — it is not guaranteed. 

3.3 Turnaround Clock 

Turnaround commences from the point of complete order submission including all reference files and instructions. Incomplete orders are placed on hold until all required materials are received. 

4. Service Availability

  • Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST (UTC+5:30). 
  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day unless a rush option applies. 
  • Public holidays and planned downtime will be communicated in advance. 

5. Quality Standards

  • Embroidery files: checked for stitch count, underlay, pull compensation, and production readiness. 
  • Vector files: verified for clean anchor points, colour separations, and scalability. 
  • Graphic files: confirmed for resolution, bleed, safe zones, and print specifications. 
  • All deliverables reviewed by qualified production staff before dispatch. 

6. Revision Commitments

  • Valid revision requests are addressed within 12–24 hours of receipt. 
  • Revisions within the original order scope are processed at no additional charge.

7. File Delivery Standards

Delivery is via email or secure download link in agreed formats: 

  • Embroidery: DST, EMB, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and machine-specific formats. 
  • Vector: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR as required. 
  • Raster: High-resolution PNG, TIFF, PSD as requested. 

The Company is not responsible for delivery failures due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or third-party service disruptions.
