Refund and Revision Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Revision Policy governs revisions and refund requests for services provided by Ayzen Private Limited, operating as Ayzen Creatives. This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions. 

2. Revision Policy

2.1 Entitlement 

Clients are entitled to revisions when: 

  • The revision request is submitted within 7 days of the original delivery. 
  • The request falls within the scope of the original order brief. 
  • The request does not constitute a new design direction or new project.
     

2.2 Qualifying Revisions 

  • Output that does not match the provided brief or reference materials. 
  • Technical adjustments to stitch density, underlay, or parameters for embroidery files. 
  • Colour corrections or minor amendments within the original specification. 

2.3 Non-Qualifying Revisions 

  • Requests that materially change the original design concept or brief. 
  • New design elements not included in the original order. 
  • Revision requests submitted after the 7-day window. 

2.4 Revision Turnaround 

Valid revision requests are processed within 12–24 hours of receipt. 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy 

Due to the bespoke nature of custom creative services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. This is consistent with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permits exclusion of the withdrawal right for contracts for services fully performed or for goods made to the consumer’s specification. 

3.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios 

  • The Company fails to deliver within the confirmed turnaround window without reasonable cause. 
  • The delivered work is fundamentally incorrect and cannot be remedied through revisions. 
  • The order was cancelled before any work commenced (see Section 4). 
  • A duplicate payment was processed in error. 

3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios 

  • Work has commenced based on the Client’s submitted instructions. 
  • The Client changes their mind after work has begun. 
  • The Client fails to respond to clarification requests, causing delays. 
  • The delivered output matches the brief but the Client’s preferences have changed. 

3.4 EU Consumer Rights 

EU/EEA Clients acknowledge that by requesting immediate commencement of services prior to expiry of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, they consent to the immediate start and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be forfeited upon full completion of the service. 

3.5 Refund Processing 

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. 

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before work commences: eligible for a full refund. Contact info@ayzencreatives.com immediately. 
  • Cancellations after commencement: not eligible for refund; a credit toward future orders may be granted at the Company’s discretion. 
  • Rush orders may not be cancellable once production has begun. 

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be escalated to info@ayzencreatives.com. EU Clients may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. USA Clients may seek resolution through applicable state consumer protection channels.
