Submit at 300 DPI or higher at the intended final stitch size. If you only have a small source file, provide it as large as possible and we'll rebuild it correctly for digitizing. 

We provide professional embroidery digitizing files only and do not offer physical stitch-out samples. Digital simulation previews are included for design reference and approval.

Yes. Send us the existing file and we'll analyse it, identify the issue, and re-digitize from scratch with a correction summary.
