  • Node count audit, no stacked or unnecessary anchor points

  • Scale test, verified clean at both 10% and 1000% zoom
  • Colour mode, correct profile (CMYK for print, RGB for digital) as specified
  • Export validation, all formats open correctly in target software

  • Stitch simulation reviewed for coverage gaps and density issues
  • Thread and stitch count verified against complexity estimate
  • Colour sequence reviewed for logical production order

  • Trim and jump count reviewed, excessive trims flagged and corrected

At Ayzen Creatives, every file goes through an independent review before it leaves the production team. Our QC specialists check work against the brief, not against what looks finished. Brief says 8 colour separations: they count 8. Brief says 300 DPI minimum: they check the file properties.
